Is the work done by Axle designers?
Yes, all work is done by Axle employees.
Does this price include printing of print projects?
No this price does not include printing or shipping fees. We will provide the finished print files for you to print. If you would rather us handle printing, we do have a number of print partners and we can handle this for you. Printing will incur an additional cos per project based on specifications such as paper type, digital vs 4c, quantity, rush, shipping, etc.
Is this only design work or does this also include development?
No, this does not include development. Development will incur an additional fee per project.
Is there a limit to how many projects I can have going at once?
Depending on your subscription plan, you may have 1 or 2 ongoing projects at a time.
Can I give you a number of projects at once so we have a queue?
As a subscriber, you may have as many projects in your queue as you desire.
What if I'm in the middle of a request and I have another project that needs to take priority?
You may upgrade your plan to hav two ongoing projects or you can stop one project to start another.
Is there a limit to revisions?
There is no limit to revisions. You may revise a project until you're 100% satisfied!
Is there a limit to the number of projects that I can have in a month?
There is no limit to the number of projects you may have in a month. As soon as one project is delivered, you may start another.
How quickly can you turn around projects?
Project scheduling is based on project complexity.
Is there design work you don't include in the subscription service?
Yes, we do not include 3D modeling, animation, video, annual reports, complex product packaging, magazines and other large of complicated projects–this sort of work should be scheduled as a separate project outside of the subscription plan.
What if I'm a new client?
We'll need a short meeting to get to know your brand and understand the nature and frequency of your projects.
When I pause my plan, can I save the remaining time in month until I have another project?
How does pause work? Can the client pause mid-month or do they pause from starting another month from being charged but they loose the remainder of that month if they don't use it?
Are there refunds?
Due to the high quality nature of the work, there are no refunds.
