Job Description:
We are seeking an Application Developer to join our team and help create cutting-edge web applications and websites. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Python and front-end technologies, as well as a passion for solving complex problems in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using Python, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with designers and other developers to create intuitive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Debug and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in application development with Python and front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS).
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS is preferred.
• Experience with Wagtail, Django, React, NextJS, or Typescript is a plus but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, remote environment.
